Settlement between Rubabah Sultan and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, 1915
Settlement between Rubabah Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Husayn (son of Haji Muhammad Baqir) and wife of Muhammad Riza (son of Sadiq from Khuzan), and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, son of Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, over part of an orchard and its share of water from the qanat, located in Shams Abad district, for ninety-one tumans, dated October 26, 1915. Muhammad Riza has approved this transaction. On verso, dated February 13, 1918: Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali sold the above property to Karbalayi Asad Allah, son of Mirza Muhammad from Khuzan, for ninety-one tumans.

Settlement between Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik and his children, 1907
Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Marriage contract between Bibi Zahra Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Haj Mirza Habib, and Sayyid Hasan, the son of Haji Sayyid Husayn, dated November 19, 1921. The mahr includes parts of a property and some land in Ashkazar, a carpet, some clothing, a mirror, copper containers, a chest, a chador, and some red gold. The items listed in the mahr were valued at 100 tumans.

Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.
